BALLYMENA United lost another game to Glenavon at Mourneview Park on Tuesday evening.
Matthew Fitzpatrick opened the scoring on 20 minutes, with the same player doubling the lead 3 minutes after half-time. Michael Place pulled one back for United from the penalty spot on 53 minutes, but Glenavon extended their lead to 2 goals thanks to a Jack Malone penalty on 73 minutes. Craig Farquhar scored on 90 minutes to grab his second goal for the club after opening his account in the recent cup game against Larne.
