COMBER REC put on an excellent show to beat Ballymena United 4-1 in a pre-season friendly at Parkway on Saturday afternoon.
United managed to hold out for half an hour before going behind in this tie, the sides going into half-time with the score at 1-0.
10 minutes into the second half the home side were on the score sheet again, with the Sky Blues grabbing a goal through George Tipton. It wasn't the start of the come back though, as Comber scored 2 more goals before full-time.
It's the same against on Tuesday night as two squads are playing at two different locations. One team will travel to Breda Park to face Knockbreda, and the other make the trip to Wilgar Park to face Dundela.
