BALLYMENA United beat newly promoted Ballymacash Rangers 3-0 in Lisburn on Tuesday evening.
Steven McCullough started scoring just 8 minutes into the game, firing the ball in direct from a free kick, following on with a very similar free kick minute before half-time. No sooner had the second half kicked off than he sealed his hat-trick, along with victory for United, with a finish when he was one on one with the keeper.
Ballymena United will face Cliftonville at the Showgrounds on Saturday afternoon in the long awaited testimonial game for Tony Kane, kicking off at 3:00pm.
