The Sky Blues managed an eighth placed season, with 16 wins, 5 draws and 17 defeats, leaving them on 53 points, a single point behind Glenavon in the race for the European play-off spot. They were knocked out of the Toals Co Antrim Shield by Larne in the quarter-finals, losing to Cliftonville in the semi-final of the BetMcLean League Cup, but made it to the final of the Samuel Gelston's Whiskey Irish Cup, which they lost to Crusaders after extra-time. |
