They currently sit top of the table, 2 points clear of Cliftonville.

They suffered a 1-0 defeat to Larne in the final of the Toals Co Antrim Shield on Tuesday evening, a goal from Tomas Cosgrove enough for the Invermen to retain the trophy.

Since the defeat to Linfield in December, United have played and won 3 games in a row, and now sit 6th in the table, 5 behind Crusaders who have a game in hand.

A few changes are expected in the line-up as United will be without Jude Winchester, who has moved to Crusaders, but the squad has been bolstered by the signings of Michael Place from Galway United and Kym Nelson from Ards.
