THROUGHOUT the Sports Bond membership we have a number of Husband and Wife members. This week saw success for the Bellew family in Ballykeel. |
Sandra has been a major winner in the past but on this occasion it was Mal (A5520) who was the winner of a £50 major prize. Thanks to both Mal and Sandra for their support over many years. Also in Ballykeel William Reynolds (A6724) was a £10 winner both are on Brett Thompson's agency. Out in Connor Pauline McBride (B7470) was once again a £50 major winner. She was also a £10 minor this year already and has been a multiple winner in the past. Congratulations to Pauline which is becoming a very successful year. The remaining £10 minor winners were John Evans (A0730) on the agency of Alex Beverland and Jayden Mulholland on the agency of Maurice Anderson. A feature again this week is that all the winners have been previous winners. The jackpot for this week is £400 as last weeks jackpot numbers 4, 7, 17, and 26 were not allocated to any member. We also send best wishes to Sports Bond member William McCombe who had a stroke in January and was hospitalized and is now back home recuperating. Congratulations to Sports Bond member Sandra Lynn who won the draw at the corporate lunch last Saturday. Sandra, who is also recovering from surgery, won £250 and hopes to put it towards a holiday. The Sports Bond Grand Sports Draw will go into distribution this week. We are delighted that John Pogue who has been a great supporter of the club with his business Mountfield quality products, has sponsored two tickets for a Newcastle United Premier League match in Season 2023/2024. John, who lives in Co Durham, is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United and in his own words. 'It will be for a top game'. Flights to and from Newcastle are included. Remarkably Mountfield quality products are the player sponsor of Ballymena United club captain Joshua Kelly who is a great Newcastle United fan along with his father Neill. A host of excellent Sports prizes are on offer. We are delighted that Carndhu Golf Club are supporting the club with a fantastic four ball for one of Northern Ireland's most picturesque and challenging courses. Local company Raceview Karting are offering 4 Gold Packages which is a guaranteed Super prize just ask Youth Academy coach Stephen Dripps who was last years recipient. There will be a limited distribution of 1000 tickets priced at £2 so make sure you get yourself tickets. The draw will take place on April 29th at the match with Carrick Rangers. |

The matchball sponsor for Saturday's postponed match with Glenavon was Claire Warnock and hopefully she will get another opportunity when the match is eventually played. It will be Claire's birthday this Saturday so from all of us at the club we send her our best birthday wishes. |
