| The Role in a Nutshell |
| We're looking for a volunteer to lead our team as Social Media Manager. You will be tasked with creating and planning content, generating new ideas to increase reach, engagement levels and grow the following organically. You will work closely with the management committee, staff, players and other members of the media team. |

Recruit and lead a team of volunteers to support content delivery Develop a social media strategy for the club - including supporter engagement, integration with other media content (highlights, interview and website) and policy for dealing with inappropriate content Produce original and bespoke content throughout the week Plan long & short-term content ideas Engage with the community through social media Work with the management committee to create bespoke social campaigns Produce reactive content to ongoing trends |

Video editing skills Strong graphic design skills Experience of planning and creating entertaining and engaging social media content. Ability to write punchy, witty, and sometimes serious copy. Ability to 'think outside the box' and produce audience engagement and stand-alone content when executing event coverage. Ability to understand analytics data from all social platforms and report on performance |
