Lewis wins £1000 jackpot
Uploaded Monday, 12th Dec, 2022 at 07:47

LEWIS Davidson of Maine Park is our latest £1000 Sports Bond jackpot winner. Lewis has been a member for around 3 years and remarkably this was his first ever win.
Lewis is also unique in that he asked to join Sports Bond and approached his friend and Sports Bond agent Maurice Anderson. Maurice was delighted to sign Lewis up and how well that has worked for Lewis. Lewis, a St. John Ambulance volunteer, is hoping to enrol on a course at Staffordshire University next year. For Maurice it was his second £1000 jackpot winner. Surprisingly Maurice recounted that it took him 15 years to have a jackpot winner of any value. For the record Lewis had the winning jackpot numbers of 10, 20, 25, and 28.

Elsewhere it was a very good week for Sports Bond agent Sammy Bones. The Broughshane agent had double success with a £50 major win with his mum Hazel Bones (A7326) and a £10 minor success with his Uncle Bertie Bones (A7153). Sammy has many family and friends enrolled plus the largest group of members are residents of the Commons estate in the village.

It was also a good week for Sports Bond agent Alex Beverland (A7972) had a £50 major win in his own name. Well done to both Sammy and Alex for their work every week for Sports Bond. Both are great Sky Blue supporters and worked hard in building up their agencies in the summer.

Another winner in Co Durham as Ian Young (A5392), a yearly payer, was a £10 minor winner. Locally Sky Blue fan Jackie McCrystal (A9458) was also a £10 winner.

Another £1000 jackpot winner has been allocated and still no member has won it twice. If you want to do the same as Lewis Davidson and join Sports Bond now ring 07831 803970 now.

Agents News
Sports Bond, it's agents and members, were deeply saddened to learn that Sports Bond member Isobel Gillespie had a double bereavement with a few days. Sadly Isobel lost a sister and a nephew and we extend the deepest sympathy to Isobel and the Gillespie family.

We are delighted to welcome Rosemary McCorkill back home after a spell in hospital.

A number of members on the agency of Maurice Anderson have birthdays this week, they are Nathaniel Balmer, Paul McNaul and Darren Walker.
First Score
The First Score winner at Shamrock Park was Kaitlyn Purdy who had a 37 minutes winning card. The Purdy family from Ahoghill are regulars at home and away games over the years. Kaitlyn is accompanied by her brothers Rodney and Curtis. Thanks for your support guys and congratulations to Kaitlyn who picks up £30. She also goes into hospital for surgery on a kneecap and we send her the best wishes of all at Ballymena United.

The First Score World Cup has produced another couple of winners to date. England versus Senegal saw Tony McGurk, Sales manager with Donnelly and Taggart win £30. He bought his winning ticket from Ian McKeown at the recent corporate lunch. The winning time was 38 minutes. Hard luck to First Score devotee Mark Wylie who had 37 and 39 minute cards. For the Argentina versus Netherlands the winning time was 35 minutes. Paul Storey at Charlie's had a winning card and picked up £30.

The next World Cup First Score will be for the final on December 18th and we have a huge commitment to make it a date to remember.
