JANICE Christie (A5031) has been a Sports Bond agent since the weekly draw began almost 21 years ago. Being from a Sky Blue supporting family it was perhaps foretold that she would be keen to support the club in this new venture. |
Janice has a typical friends and family agency comprising of family members, neighbours and work colleagues. Whilst there are a number of large agencies we are very reliant on agencies like Janice. This week we were delighted that Janice was rewarded with a £50 major win on her own agency. Thanks Janice for all your efforts for Sports Bond and Ballymena United. Maurice Anderson had a £50 major winner with Tommy McFetridge (C3660). Tommy has a membership number with a C Prefix of which there are only a few remaining. Tommy was a £10 winner a few months back so he is delighted with another win. In the £10 minor section a first win for Jane Henry (A0266) on the agency of David Brown. Alastair Shaw had a £10 minor win with with Michael Matthews (A0686) a previous winner as was Veronica Kidd (A2506) on the agency of the Paper Rack in Ahoghill. The jackpot numbers 2, 5, 6, and 16 were not allocated to any member so the jackpot for this week is £750. |

First Score |
Congratulations to David Currie who was the First Score winner at Mourneview on Friday evening. David had the winning time of 23 minutes (22 minutes 56 seconds). He was handed £30 by Promoter Brian Thompson and requested if he could retain the winning ticket for his scrapbook which he has created over the years. The Monkstown man has followed Ballymena United for over 20 years with his late father Billy and brother Robert, home and away. This was his first ever win on First Score and Brian Thompson was happy to oblige with David's request and the winning ticket now resides in his Ballymena United scrapbook. A true supporter is David and we are delighted to have him as a Sky Blue. |
