| THIS was a unique week for Sports Bond as both major winners were in the Glarryford area. |

A joint membership in the name of John and Brenda Russell (A3986) was our first major £50 winner. This was a first win for the couple who are in their third year as members. The couple gave given great help in the distribution and sale of the New Year Draw. Thanks to John and Brenda for their support. Adam Gillespie (A5092) is a member of the well known and respected Gillespie family who are great Ballymena united supporters. There are four of the family members who are Sports Bond members, three of whom are members of Robert Logan's agency in Cloughmills. This week Adam became the next member of the family to be a £50 major winner. The only lady winner and the only Ballymena based winner was Nicola Crawford (A0531) who was a £10 minor prizewinner. Whilst up in Antrim Ballymena United supporter Ken Anderson (A9130) was also a £10 minor prizewinner. The jackpot has risen to £300 for this week after the numbers 3, 16, 22, and 24 were not allocated to any member. Join Sports Bond on 078 3180 3970. |

When we were informing John and Brenda Russell of their win, we only became aware of the fact that John had recently come through major surgery. Happily he is now on the road to recovery but we send our best wishes as he recuperates at home. Best wishes to Luke Gaston as he continues to recover from a horrendous incident recently. We look forward to seeing Luke back at the Showgrounds. We send our sympathy to a new member Elma Megarg who was recently bereaved of her father. |

| Our first score of the new season will be the Community Shield on Saturday when Liverpool play Manchester City. Already our normal sellers have an allocation and cards are priced at £1. |
