| ANN Rock (A9670) joined Sports Bond last October as part of the Magic Member promotion. If a Magic Member wins during the following year then the agent who recruited the member wins the same amount. |

Last week Ann was a £50 major winner and her Agent Maurice Anderson also wins a £50 bonus. To date only Charlie Havelin had a £10 magic member win. However for an agent it's a nice bonus. Ann's late husband was Bertie Rock who was a fervent Ballymena united supporter so we are delighted to enjoy Ann's support. For Maurice Anderson it was a major win for the second week in a row. The other major winner this week has also a big Ballymena United connection. Mary McLaughlin (B5712) is the wife of legendary Ballymena United supporter Willie John McLaughlin and mother of Sports Bond agent Janice Christie so she has quite a sky blue pedigree. A good week for lady members continued with Jean Workman (A8525) winning a £10 minor winner. Jean and husband David are yearly payers. Our only male winner this week was management committee member Jonny Irwin (A1362) who picked up a £10 minor win on the Seven Tower agency of Tommy Patterson. A fourth week in a row he has had a winner. The jackpot has again started to accumulate after the numbers 1, 12, 18, and 27 were not allocated. A big celebration for the McCallum family as son John married Lauren McLaughlin at the weekend. So much of a celebration it was that Sports Bond agent Tony had to close his business TN Flooring for 2 days! Huge congratulations and best wishes to the happy couple. We extend our sympathy to former Sports Bond agent and current member Boyd Douglas and family on the sad passing of sister Carol. Best wishes to young Sports Bond member Adam Brown who recently had a nasty fall from his bike and broke his wrist. Happy anniversary to Sports Bond member Mark Bates and wife Stacey who celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary at the weekend. Stacey is a daughter of Sports Bond member and huge Ballymena united supporter Roy McKay. |
