Small agents are very important to Sports Bond
Uploaded Monday, 13th Sep, 2021 at 06:41

IN THE Sports Bond agents network there are agencies of different levels of membership. All are dedicated to Sports Bond. Those who have under 10 members are very important to the weekly draw.
Most are friends and immediate family members. Indeed if every Ballymena supporter was to enroll his immediate family we could almost double our membership and increase the prize fund. As we approach our 20th anniversary that is something we would love all our supporters to consider this to really benefit the club.

This week our smallest and largest agencies provided our major winners. The Hawthorn agency based in Portglenone had a major £50 winner with Josephine Gillen (B5931) the manager of the Hawthorn Inn. We are delighted Jo has had another win as she has supported all our New Year's and Sports Bond draws every year as well as First Score.

Our largest agency of Patricia Thompson had a £50 winner with Dean Campbell (A0747). Dean is one of the backroom staff at Ballymena United as he records every match home and away for analysis. Like Jo he has had a few wins on Sports Bond over the years.

One of our £10 minor winners is from Portglenone and is on the agency of Margaret Downey and that is James McCarry (A6795) who is also a previous winner. Back in Ballymena Margaret Hill (A7154) was a £10 minor winner.

No jackpot was allocated last week with the numbers 8, 11, 12, and 25, so £350 is on offer this week.

JOIN Sports Bond now in time to celebrate our 20th anniversary on 07831 803970.

First Score Sam's yer man
Congratulations to Sammy Bonnes who had a no score scratchcard for Northern Ireland versus Switzerland. We are delighted to see Sammy win as he has become regular seller of First Score. Sammy had to endure a wonderful save by Bailey Peacock-Farrell to ensure Switzerland did not score in the first half. As the minutes ticked by Sammy had to sweat it out and he did to collect £30. We still believe another winner is out there so check your cards.

At The Oval on Friday night David Harris of the Management Committee was the first winner of the new season at an Irish league fixture. David had a winning 17 minute winning card and picked up £30. At least one Ballymena supporter left The Oval happy.

We will be having another international First score with Northern Ireland versus Italy in November.
