Aaron CALLAGHAN
Born: Londonderry; 1st July, 1987
Under-21 Caps: 13 caps for Northern Ireland Under-21 (9 with Ballymena United)
Londonderry born full-back spent two seasons at Sheffield Wednesday before returning home to play under Tommy Wright at Limavady United in 2005. It was at the North-West club where he broke into Roy Millar's Under-21 setup, winning x caps.

He moved to Ballymena United in the summer of 2006, and continued to progress in the international setup.

In July 2007; he was included by Nigel Worthington in the Northern Ireland 'Select' side which played Everton in a friendly to mark 25 years of the Milk Cup.

Seeking full-time football, Aaron left the Braidmen in January 2008 to sign for hometown club Derry City for an undisclosed fee.

Shea CAMPBELL
Born: Craigavon; 30th April, 1981
Under-23 Caps: 1 cap for Northern Ireland Under-21
Signed by Kenny Shiels from Dungannon Swifts in January 2001 as a full-back. He was transformed into a free scoring striker at Warden Street.

He rose to promience during the 2002/03 season when he struck 38 goals in the one season as Ballymena won promotion back to the Premier League, with the County Armagh striker running away with the player of the year awards.

Roy Millar rewarded him with his only Under-21 cap, as a late substitute in a 4-1 defeat by Spain Under-21's at Mourneview Park.

Campbell left Ballymena in 2005, joining Linfield - however failed to make an impact at the Blues. He has spent the last number of years constantly switching clubs having played for Armagh City, Glenavon, Newry City and Dungannon Swifts before recently joining Cliftonville.

Tom SLOAN
Born: Ballymena; 10th July, 1959
Under-21 Caps: 1 cap for Northern Ireland Under-21
Midfielder Sloan burst onto the scene in late seventies and won the Ulster Young Player of Year award in 1978, after helping Ballymena United to the Irish Cup final.

He was selected by Danny Blanchflower to partake in Northern Ireland's first ever Under-21 international against the Republic of Ireland in Dublin - this was his only cap at this level in March 1978.

Manchester United paid Ballymena £25,000 to take the Harryville man to Old Trafford; whilst their he picked up three full international caps.

The midfielder eventually joined Chester City and after five years in England - he returned home to play for Linfield and Coleraine before returning to Ballymena United in 1989; where he played for two seasons before dropping down into junior football.
