Midfielder Daley Carnduff has been highly tipped as an excellent prospect for the future. Formerly with Glentoran, he made his debut at the Oval at only sixteen in the final game of the 2005/06 season against Dungannon Swifts. He joined Ballymena United the following season and was one of the star players in David Dorrian's Reserve league winning side. He was rewarded with his first-team debut in April coming on in the derby win against Coleraine.
