At the Appeals Board hearing to consider Ballymena United's appeal against the decision of the IFA Disciplinary Committee regarding allegations of racial abuse by a small section of our supporters at the game with Dungannon Swifts on 15 August 2009, the Appeals Board directed the IFA Disciplinary Committee to provide a reasoned decision to Ballymena United together with other information sought by the club.

The appeal hearing has accordingly been adjourned to a later date. No further statement will be issued by the club until this matter has been finally resolved.
