Russell clan winning on Sportsbond
Uploaded Monday, 25th Nov, 2019 at 08:18

OUR three major winners this week all reside in Ballymena. Over the years the name Russell is often associated with solid support for Ballymena United.
This week Rhys Russell (A1668) was a £50 major winner. Rhys dad Noel was one of our first ever Sports Bond agents and the agency he started is still in his sisters Vicki Gregg name. Rhys is also the eldest grandchild of Willy and Donna Russell who pass on the sky blue tradition.

Sky blue fan William McElhinney (A8729) was a Major £50 winner. William has been a member for many years and a couple of years back daughter Heidi joined also. The Seven Towers agency had a £50 winner with Agnes McKeown (A8625) and was our only lady member to be a major winner this week.

In the minor section the only lady member was Emma Rae (A3278) in Ahoghill. In Randalstown Tommy Scott (A5033) was a £10 winner whilst back in Ballymena a first win for Gareth Thompson (A7639) who joined up in the summer.

The numbers 3, 5, 20 and 23 saw no jackpot allocated and it stands at £200 this week.
Agents News
We were saddened to learn of the sudden passing of sports Bond member Eleanor Duff. Eleanor was a member for quite a number of years and was a member on Maurice Anderson's agency. We would extend sincere sympathy to the family circle at this very sad time.
First Score
First Score will be at Warrenpoint on Saturday. Another winner was found for the Northern Ireland v Netherlands match and it was Sports Bond agent David Brown.
Festive Draw
This years festive draw will be held on New Year's Day at the Premiership match with Larne. The Distribution for this will commence this week. Help make this years another great success.
