BALLYMENA UNITED RESERVES 1-2 DONEGAL CELTIC RESERVES
Saturday, 13th November, 2007; Carnegie Reserve League 12

BALLYMENA United Reserves dropped another three points but still sit on top of the Carnegie Reserve League.

In-form Donegal Celtic Reserves are now within touching distance of the young Sky Blues, after their 2-1 win at the Ballymena Showgrounds.

Goalkeeper Keith Wilson made his Reserve team debut in his second spell at Ballymena United after his midweek move from Wakehurst as goalkeeping cover.

Gareth McConaghie's 27th minute penalty is all that David Dorrian's side could produce, against a DC side that finished the game with nine men.

Ballymena United Reserves: Keith Wilson, Andrew Long, Aaron Holland, Aaron Stewart, Lee Colligan, Gary Baird, George Young (sub Michael McGrogan 81), Gareth McConaghie, Nigel Boyd, Paul Brown, Randal Reid. Sub (not used): Chris Getty.
